Listen: Mama Mix CD
June 13, 2008
For my first Mother’s Day, I made a mix of mama songs for myself and my mama buddies. By mama songs, I mean music that honors mothers or dealts with motherhood in a funny or otherwise entertaining wayy (to me). I needed something I could blast in the rare instances I got to drive in the car alone. While I’ll play any of this (at a much lower volume) when my son is in the car, some of the lyrics are explicit so not everyone would be comfortable playing this for their kids.
